  • Offer student-focused counselling training from Introductory to Diploma level
  • Training days and short courses aimed at people from the general public
  • Training opportunities for professionals within their own setting and tailored to their needs
  • Opportunities for people in South Wales to extend their professional and personal connections with others who share their interests and goals to improve the quality of living in our society
  • Provide support groups for people at risk eg bereavement support, men in crisis (child separation)
  • Provide a space for other helping groups to meet and to practice eg the Seren group
