The International Network on Personal Meaning [INPM] is a multi-disciplinary, primarily Web-based, grass-roots network of researchers, practitioners, students, and lay people interested in promoting health, spirituality and peace through research and applications of the transforming power of personal meaning. Several forces and trends are converging on the crying need for meaning and spirituality. Violence, conflict, addiction, depression, and suicide all reflect an existential vacuum and the need for a higher purpose beyond material prosperity.

The aims of the multidisciplinary International Neuropsychiatric Association [INA] are to prevent or reduce the suffering of people with brain behavior disorders by increasing, integrating and disseminating the knowledge and understanding of the relationships between brain function and human behavior. This goal will be accomplished by providing a forum for interaction and exchange of ideas among professionals, both clinical and academic, with an interest in neuropsychiatric issues. Formed in 1984, the International Psycho-Oncology Society [IPOS] was created to foster international multidisciplinary communication about clinical, educational and research issues that relate to the subspecialty of psycho-oncology.
